A telecom visionary with 30+ years of industry leadership, Rajesh Rai has shaped networks across continents. As CMD of ITI Limited (a Government of India Enterprise) and former General Manager at MTNL Mumbai, he brings boardroom authority to every initiative. His 12-year tenure as CTO of MTML Mauritius, spanning CDMA, GSM, 3G & 4G rollouts, reflects a rare ability to drive large-scale transformation in emerging markets.

Armed with a B.E. in Electronics, an M.Tech in Computer Science from JNU, and an MBA from FMS Delhi, Rajesh combines deep technical expertise with sharp business acumen.

A pioneering technocrat who transformed how India maintains its telecom backbone, Paul Goldwin designed automated electronic testing equipment now deployed across BSNL telephone exchanges nationwide, slashing fault detection times and dramatically reducing network downtime. His contributions to electronics earned him multiple national awards from the Government of India.

Never one to rest on past breakthroughs, Paul has gone on to launch a series of successful products across electronics and IT — innovations that have touched millions of lives.

Shri C V Ramana Babu is Director Marketing at ITI Limited and also holds additional charge as Director Finance. A 1990-batch Indian Telecom Services officer, he brings over 30 years of experience across telecom networks, project execution, procurement, spectrum management, and digital infrastructure.

He has played key roles in BSNL’s 4G rollout, the CSC project, BharatNet Phase 1, and major telecom procurement initiatives. His interests include IoT, mobile networks, circular economy, and renewable energy.

An Engineer in Electronics and Communication with Honours from Mepco Schlenk Engineering College, Sivakasi, Tamil Nadu in 1989, Mrs. Sheba Goldwin has rich experience in IT-enabled services — specifically the BPO business in the US, and in particular Medical Transcription services to USA hospitals.
